Terms & Conditions
Below are extras you can add to your package:
Waitstaff retainer: 25 American dollars/ hour/ server minimum of 3 hours.
Mobile bar rental: 40 American dollars
Transportation of Alcohol: 40 American dollars
Extra hour of bartender service: (after four hours) 25 American dollars/ hour/ bartender
Extra coolers: 30 American dollars
Explanation of Extras:
•Through our experience- waitstaff usually serves food one hour of the night. They will also be responsible for one hour pre-event setup and one hour post-event breakdown.
•Bartenders will not have a mobile bar unless client states there is a need; rental fee applies.
•Imperial Bartenders will shop and transport your purchase of alcohol for a transportation fee.
•Extra hour(s) of bartender service over a minimum four hours will require a fee; due to extra supplies needed and bartender's time.
•The First Cooler is provided by the bartender; any additional coolers needed will require a fee . Bartender coolers are used for holding and serving ice into cocktails. The usual ratio is one (1) cooler per (1) one bartender
Payment:
We require a 50% deposit upon booking and 50% due three days before your event.
We make it easy for you to pay for our service.
You can use any major credit card, bank account, PayPal account, and you can even finance Gold and Platinum Packages through PayPal.
New Service Offering:
Starting January, 1 2013 Each event shall at least have one waitstaff coupled with a bartender.
Additional waitstaff will follow the guidelines above.
Bartenders and waitstaff are instructed to shut down at the contracted hour; please plan accordingly.
